Privacy Notice for Dharahara Stack

Exactly what the Dharahara Stack game does with your information: it keeps your progress on your device and collects nothing.

Dharahara Stack (“the app”) is developed and published by AlphergMirai, a software studio operating from Japan. This notice sits alongside our studio privacy policy; where the two differ, this notice governs the app.

1. The short version

Dharahara Stack does not collect, transmit or store any personal information on our servers. It has no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it works fully offline. Everything the game remembers stays on your device. The App Store privacy label for this app reads “Data Not Collected”.

2. Information kept on your device

To run the game, the app saves the following only in its own storage on your device. It is never sent to us.

  • Free Mode scores and best score, floors and combos;
  • Build Journey progress, medals, best times, alignment and perfect-drop records;
  • Today’s Nine results for up to the last 60 recorded days;
  • tutorial progress, and your sound, haptic and phone-time lighting preferences;
  • pictures and details of towers you choose to keep in the in-game album (up to 24).

Today’s Nine uses the date in UTC to choose a repeatable wind pattern. Optional day and night lighting uses your device’s clock. Neither feature uses your location or an internet service.

3. What the app does not do

  • It does not ask for your name, email address or any other contact details.
  • It does not use your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo library. Saving a picture happens only through the iOS share sheet, when you choose to.
  • It contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and no in-app purchases.
  • It does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and it does not sell or share any information.

4. Sharing pictures

Sharing is optional. When you tap “Save or share picture”, the app creates a temporary picture of your tower and opens the iOS share sheet, where you choose the destination. The app or service you pick then handles that picture under its own privacy policy. The game never publishes pictures by itself, and the temporary file is removed when sharing ends.

5. Apple services

Apple may process App Store, purchase-history, device-backup and diagnostic information under Apple’s own privacy policy and your device settings. If you have chosen in iOS Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports, which we use only to fix problems. Game Center is not used by this version of the app.

6. Children

Dharahara Stack is a general-audience game that people of any age can enjoy. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. It shows no advertising and offers no purchases.

7. Deleting your data

You can delete individual keepsakes from the in-game album. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device; offloading the app may keep it. Apple device backups may retain or restore app data according to your iCloud or computer backup settings. Pictures you already saved or shared elsewhere must be removed from those places separately.

8. Your rights

Because we hold no personal information from the app, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you contact support, we use what you send only to answer you, as described in our studio privacy policy, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to privacy@alphergmirai.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to this notice

If a future version changes what the app does with information — for example by adding optional Game Center leaderboards — we will update this notice and its effective date before that version is released, and describe the change in the release notes.
