Within two business days, and usually much faster. Every message goes to one inbox that we actually read — there is no ticket queue and no bot answering first.
Yes. Tell us what you are trying to build, roughly when you need it and any constraints you already know about. We will come back with an honest view of scope, approach, and whether we are the right studio for it — including when the answer is no.
It depends on the problem. A defined product taken from idea to launch, a team you join for a stretch, a stalled codebase that needs an audit before anything else, or ongoing care for something already live. We will suggest the shape that fits rather than the one that bills best.
Most of our work is distributed, so it is the normal case rather than the exception. We keep decisions written down, share progress where you can see it rather than in a weekly call, and overlap live hours where it matters.
You do. Repositories, infrastructure and accounts go in your name from the first commit, documented well enough that another team could pick them up without us in the room.
If you want us to. Shipping is the start of the expensive part — OS updates, dependency churn, performance, the next release. We offer ongoing care as its own arrangement, and we are equally happy handing over cleanly.
