Services

Many disciplines,
one way of working.

Most projects draw on more than one of these. That is the point of keeping them under the same roof — nobody has to manage the seams between three vendors.

iOS & mobile applications

From a first prototype to a build that survives App Store review and keeps working through three OS releases.

  • Native iOS apps that feel native
  • One codebase across iOS and Android where it earns its place
  • Offline-first data and background sync
  • In-app purchases and subscriptions
  • Beta distribution, phased release and store submission
  • Privacy labels, tracking permission and store compliance

Web applications

Interfaces that stay fast on a bad connection and readable on a small screen, built to be maintained by whoever comes next.

  • Dashboards, portals, booking and checkout flows
  • Design systems and reusable component libraries
  • Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Performance budgets and fast first loads
  • Installable progressive web apps
  • Content your team can edit without calling us

SaaS platforms

The parts of a subscription product that are never in the pitch deck but decide whether it survives its first hundred customers.

  • Multi-tenant architecture and data isolation
  • Authentication, roles and permissions
  • Subscriptions, plans, trials and failed-payment recovery
  • Usage metering and limits
  • Admin consoles and audit trails
  • Onboarding and lifecycle email

Business systems

Operational software for how a company actually runs — usually replacing a spreadsheet that quietly became critical.

  • Inventory, ordering and scheduling
  • Reporting and operational dashboards
  • Integrations with the finance and ERP tools already in place
  • Document and approval workflows
  • Data migration from legacy systems
  • Role-based internal tooling

Restaurant & hospitality IT

Technology for places that serve people, where the measure of success is a full house on a Friday night and nobody calling for help.

  • Guest-facing ordering and booking apps
  • Reservation and table management
  • Payments and terminal integration
  • Back-office, inventory and reporting
  • Multi-location and multilingual rollouts
  • Offline resilience at peak hours

AI & intelligent products

The useful half of the field: models applied inside real products, with the limits named before the demo rather than after it.

  • Language models inside existing products
  • Retrieval over your own documents
  • Natural-language search and summarising
  • Assistants scoped to a real job
  • Evaluation, guardrails and cost control
  • Automating the repetitive middle of a workflow

Cloud & automation

Infrastructure that stays quiet under load, and automation that takes repetitive work off your team.

  • Cloud architecture sized to what you actually need
  • Automated build, test and release pipelines
  • Monitoring, alerting and observability
  • Cost review and right-sizing
  • Workflow and back-office automation
  • Disaster recovery you have actually rehearsed

Creative technology

Where engineering stops being invisible — motion, interaction and visual work made to be experienced, not just used.

  • Motion design and micro-interactions
  • Real-time 3D and generative visuals
  • Interactive storytelling and campaigns
  • Brand systems translated into product
  • Installations and event experiences
  • Prototypes that sell an idea

Games & interactive

Play as a discipline: mechanics that feel right, loops that hold attention, and a build that reaches the store.

  • Mobile and web game development
  • Game feel, mechanics and balancing
  • Leaderboards, achievements and progression
  • Gamified product experiences
  • Monetisation and live operations
  • Prototype-to-launch production

Working together

Ways to start

Different problems want different shapes of engagement. We will tell you which one fits, even when it is the smaller one.

Fixed scope, phased delivery

Product build

A defined product taken from idea to launch, with design, engineering and release handled end to end.

Monthly, rolling

Embedded team

We join your team for a period and work as part of it — useful when the roadmap is longer than any one project.

Audit first, then decide

Rescue & renovate

An existing codebase that has stalled: we audit it, stabilise it, and give you an honest plan for what comes next.

Retainer

Care & maintenance

Ongoing updates, OS compatibility, monitoring and small improvements for something already live.

What you can expect

The things we will not compromise on.

  • Working software early. Something real and deployed in the first weeks, not a document describing what it will be.
  • Plain language. Estimates you can question and explanations that do not require our vocabulary.
  • Privacy and accessibility as defaults, not a phase at the end that gets cut.
  • Code you own. Repositories, infrastructure and accounts in your name, documented well enough that another team could pick them up.
  • Honest scope. If something is a bad idea, or cheaper to buy than to build, we will say so before you pay us to build it.

Have something you want built?

Tell us what you are trying to make — an app, a platform, a system that replaces a spreadsheet, or something nobody has built yet. We will tell you honestly what it takes.
